Dance and fitness have been a passion and a profession of mine from an early age. Of all the styles of dance I have performed and taught ballroom dancing is my favorite. And dance-related fitness systems and techniques remain my favorite way to stay in shape. My two new DVD series, Partner Dancing 101 and DanceFit, are designed to get you and your dance partner on the dance floor quickly and confidently, and to help you lose weight and get in better shape.
Partner Dancing 101
The three DVD's in this series feature basic dance steps and moves that are easily learned through detailed camera angles and lots of tips on leading and following. If you have little or no knowledge of social dancing, these programs are perfect for you.

DanceFit DVD Series
The three DVDs in this series consist of two different cardio workouts and one toning/sculpting workout DVD. The cardio workouts combine basic ballroom steps with traditional cardio fitness moves for a low-intensity workout. The toning DVD features selected dance-based moves and techniques favored by dancers for the strengthening of the core and lower body.

"Let's Dance" Book and Perfect Rhythms CD
"Let's Dance" is a 260 page instructional book illustrated with photos and graphics of all the traditional ballroom dances and their social level steps. It comes with an 80 minute DVD tutorial of each chapter, making learning even easier and faster. The Perfect Rhythm CD consists of 14 tracks of the original musical score found on the Let's Dance DVD as well as on the Partner Dancing 101 series.
